Mission Statement The Shenandoah Presbytery Youth Council is called to bring youth and adults together to build and strengthen the faith, fellowship and mission of youth in our Presbyterian community.

Serving and Learning Together Youth & Adult Leadership Event November 13-15, 2009 $85 per person Download Registion Form and workshop information What? A weekend of formational and informational encouragement and enrichment. Who? All engaged in youth ministry as leaders– youth, adults, staff, collegiates. When? November 13-15, with registration starting at 7:00pm & the Opening Mixer at 8:00pm on the 13th. Event ends at 11:30am on the 15th (Sunday lunch not served). Where? Massanetta Springs Camp & Conference Center, Harrisonburg, VA. Cost? $85 per person, includes 4 meals, lodging, T-shirt and registration; postmarked after October 26, $100. This event is being underwritten by the Presbytery Initiatives Fund of the Synod of the Mid-Atlantic. Why? Because youth matter to our churches, our world, and our God. Leadership? 2009- 2010 Youth and Adult Council Applications Accepted. In February 2004, Shenandoah Presbytery Youth Council Extraordinaire ~ SPYCE ~ was formed to begin a new ministry for the youth of Shenandoah Presbytery. SPYCE has now completed five successful years of building leadership and strong Christian unity among the participants as well as creating and leading Senior High Winter Retreats, a Middle School Rallies and Workshops for the Presbytery. THE Shenandoah Presbytery Youth Council Extraordinaire is inviting youth and adults to join us for the 2009-2010 school year! Together we will host youth retreats, attend leadership development gatherings with leaders from across the synod, grow through worship, service, recreation and fellowship, and deepen our walk with Christ and our commitment to serving God in our communities and the world.
