Shenandoah Presbytery Youth Council Extraordinaire ~ SPYCE ~ is entering its 9th year of service to the youth of Shenandoah Presbytery. Our mission is to build the leadership and Christian walk of the council members and to create events for the youth of our presbytery as well as serve throughout Shenandoah as we are able.

THE Shenandoah Presbytery Youth Council Extraordinaire is inviting youth and adults to join us for the 2011-2012 school year! Together we will host youth retreats, attend leadership development gatherings with leaders from across the synod, grow through worship, service, recreation and fellowship, and deepen our walk with Christ and our commitment to serving God in our communities and the world.
