Book of Order G-10.0301 states in part that "Each session shall keep a full and accurate record of its proceedings which shall be submitted at least once each year to the presbytery for its general review and control."
 
The Sessional Records Committee responsibility and work is to comply with that Book of Order requirement by annually reviewing/reading Sessional records of every church in our presbytery.  Every Mission Community is represented with members on the Sessional Records Committee who read the session records.  Once all records have been reviewed we come together as a committee and compile a report for presbytery.
