Statement of our Tasks – as assigned by Presbytery council

1. Prepare a Presbytery Disaster Response for the presbytery directed at local, national and international disasters.  With hurricane season coming very soon, this Team would be the coordinating arm for relief efforts of congregations and the presbytery staff.

2. Develop an Emergency Response Plan for the administrative office of the presbytery.  This would allow for a response in the event of a physical or administrative disaster or emergency at the presbytery level.

3. Plan educational processes that encourage congregations to develop their own emergency or disaster response, whether local, national or international
