Camp Paddy Run is halfway between Strasburg, Virginia, and Wardensville, West Virginia.

To reach the camp, turn south from Virginia 55 onto Route 604 just west of Cedar Creek (the Shenandoah County line). This is 8.8 miles from Interstate 81 and 4.9 miles from Lebanon Church. Pass the Star Tannery Post Office and follow the "Paddy Run" signs along Routes 604, 600, and 602. The front gate of the camp is on Route 602.
